Ezekiel Michael Smith, age 13 days, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital. He was born on December 7, 2017 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

Survivors include his parents, Christopher and Joanna Mudd Smith, of Lebanon; brother, Bo Smith, of Lebanon; maternal grandparents, Michael and Betty Lou Brown Mudd, of Springfield; paternal grandparents, Timothy and Cynthia Hughes Smith, of Campbellsville; great-grandparents, Rita Charlene Hughes and Thelma Fenwick Mudd. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Brother Bobby Joe Mattingly. Interment to follow in Old Liberty Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home at the following times:
TUESDAY 3:00 to 8:30 p.m.
WEDNESDAY 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
