Evelyn T. Brady, age 92, of Campbellsville, born on February 08, 1932, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 09, 2024 at her residence. A Missouri native, Evelyn was born in Galena, Missouri. She was a graduate of Springfield Senior High. Evelyn began her career as a bookkeeper, then ladies shoe sales woman for Savage-Juliette store in her area of the country. She went on to become a successful business owner of South Avenues "Evelyn's Shoes" in downtown Springfield, Missouri in 1970 through her retirement (over 50-year span). Evelyn enjoyed traveling after her retirement and traveled throughout the United States and Europe. She was a devoted wife and known for her impeccable worth ethic and skill in trending shoe styles, and her resilient spirit. She was loved by all who knew her. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, James P. Brady.

Evelyn is survived by a brother-in-law, Bobby Brady (Bernice); sisters-in-law, Jeanine Brady and Dorothy "Dot" Brady; special cousin, Rita Stephens, and many more nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 noon Saturday, October 12, 2024 at St. Charles Catholic Church. Interment to follow in St. Joe Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Bosley Funeral Home on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 9:00-11:00 A.M.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form if contributions to St. Joe Cemetery Fund, the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard, or to St. Jude.
