Mrs. Emily Catherine Borders Coyle, age 93 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Monday, November 14, 2016. She was born on October 28, 1923 in Lebanon, KY.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Nathan Coyle, Sr.; daughter, Connie Mattingly; son-in-law, Johnny Benedict; parents, Judge Roy Thomas and Leonora Elder Borders; two sisters, Barbara Durham and Celine Becker; three brothers, Roy Borders, Jr., Hugh Borders, and Joseph Borders.

Survivors include daughters, Dianne Benedict and Marsha (Bud) Raymer, both of Lebanon, KY; sons, John Nathan, Jr. (Beverly) of Shepherdsville, KY, Steve (Kay) Coyle, of Lebanon, KY, Tim (Shannon) Coyle, of Goshen, KY, Mark (Shelly) Coyle, of Lawrenceburg, KY, Chris Coyle, of Lebanon, KY; son-in-law, Larry Mattingly, of Lebanon, KY; sister, Cecilia Thomas, of Lebanon, KY; four brothers, Arnold (Julie) Borders, of Hopkinsville, KY, Harry (Evelyn) Borders, of Georgetown, KY, James (Brenda) Borders, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Terry (Vicki) Borders, of Indianapolis, IN. Also surviving are sixteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 18, 2016 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in St. Augustine Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:30 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Bosley Funeral Home. Prayer services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evening by Deacon Joe Dant.
