Father: Valis Mudd--Lebanon, KY.
Two Brothers: Brayden Mudd and Veylan Mudd--both of Lebanon, KY.
Maternal Grandparents: Bill and Becky Burnside--Lebanon, KY.
Paternal Grandmother: Mrs. Gwen Hazelwood--Lebanon, KY.
Paternal Grandfather: Jeff Mudd--Indiana.
Mathernal Great-Grandparents: George "Tommy" and Lavonne Downs--Lebanon, KY.
Paternal Great-Grandfather: Michael Cooper--Louisville, KY.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 05, 2016 at Bosley Fuenral Home, officiated by Rev. Penny Mucker Williams. Interment to follow in Ryder Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 04, 2016 and from 10:00 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
