Edith Ann Wright, age 87, of Lebanon, passed away Friday, April 01, 2022 at her daughter's residence. She was born on August 30, 1934 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late Herman Lee Childers and Marcella Garrett Childers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Caldwell "J.C." Wright; both her parents; sisters, Caroline Spalding; brothers, Harold Gene Childers, Charlie Childers, Lloyd, Bill, and Elmer Hill; grandson, Andrew Dillon Peake.

Survivors include her daughter, Julie (Ronnie) Peake of Lebanon; three grandchildren, Joseph Alexander (Abby) Peake of Lebanon; Austin Tyler (Beth Orberson) Peake of Lebanon, Lauren Alivea Peake (Andrew) of Lebanon; four great-grandchildren, Adalyn Grace Peake, Robert Asa Peake, Laura Payton Orberson, Chloe Orberson. Also surviving are two brothers, Jerry (Vickie) Childers of Cox's Creek, Eddie Childers of Carrollton; three sisters, Susan (Richard) Followay of Raywick, Cecelia (Jerry) Devine of Shepardsville, and Mary Paul) Burgin of Louisville.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 06, 2022 at Bosley Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Proctor officiating. Interment will follow in Old Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 05, 2022 at Bosley Funeral Home.
