Earl Lee Sandusky, age 90, of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, April 03, 2026 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born on October 02, 1935 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late Frank and Clydie Mae Sandusky.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, William Robert Sandusky; sister, Ann Gribbins; brothers, Bernard Sandusky, Donald Sandusky, Steve Sandusky; son-in-law, Joe Rakes Jr.

Survivors include his loving wife, Doris Jean Luckett Sandusky of Lebanon; three sons, Earl Sandusky (Nina), Robert Sandusky (Jami), David Sandusky (Rhonda) all of Lebanon; five daughters, Anita Brubeck of Lexington, Mary Jane Tungate (Jody) of Bradfordsville, Cindy Clark (Mitchell) of Alvaton, Theresa Binkley (Pete) of Lebanon, Sharon Thomas and Jim Thomas of Lebanon; two brothers, Glen Sandusky (Martha) of Lebanon, Boyd Sandusky (Donna) of Lebanon);twenty-one grandchildren, Izzy Brubeck, Chas Brubeck, Laura (Aaron) Mattingly, Jennifer (Craig) Phillips, Jodi Michelle Tungate, Andrew (Brianna) Tungate, Jessica (Aaron) Mayes, Joey (Bethanie) Sandusky, Samantha (Tommy) Simendinger, Anne Taylor Sandusky, Justin (Brittney) Clark, Brandon (Cassie) Clark, Kaitlyn (David) Brown, Michael (Nikki) Sandusky, Nicholas Sandusky, Colleen Rakes, Landon Rakes, Kaleigh Binkley, Ella Thomas, Addison Thomas, Trey Thomas.

Also surviving are thirty great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday April 13, 2026 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery with full military honors conducted by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard.

Visitation will be held from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Sunday April 12, 2026 at Bosley Funeral Home with a prayer service that will be held at 7:00 P.M, officiated by Deacon Joe Dant.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form on contributions to Hosparus of Green River, Lebanon Senior Citizens, or to any foundation/ organization that is close to your heart.
