Dustin Tyler Tatum, age 34, passed away Friday, July 16, 2021. He was born on January 3, 1987 in Louisville, KY. Dustin was deeply loved and cherished by his family. His smile would light up a room. Dustin was a member of Lebanon United Methodist Church, professing his faith at an early age.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Gilbert and Bulah Tatum; maternal grandfather, Robert Price; maternal step-grandfather, Jesse Duncan.

Survivors include his loving parents, Isaac and Rhonda Tatum; maternal grandmother, Jane Duncan; five siblings, Kristi Ludlam (Brian), Mandy Talbert (Bruce), Timothy Tatum (Glory), Sarah Caragianis (Chris), Kandace Potter (Gregg). He was the loving uncle of nine nieces and nephews: Skye Ludlam, Christopher Perry, Kailey and Lucas Tatum, Natalie and Preston Caragianis, and Hadley, Reagan and Sawyer Potter.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Troy Elmore. Interment to follow in Ryder Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at the funeral home.
