Dreyana Russell Phillips, age 60, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her family and friends. She was born on September 02, 1959 in Danville, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter C. Russell and Mary Frances Hatter Devine; brother, Walter Russell, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Donnie Phillips of Lebanon, KY; daughter, Rebecca (Aaron) Derringer of Louisville, KY; son, Sam Phillips of Louisville, KY; two sisters, Delayna Tungate of Bradfordsville, KY, Mary Donnetta Russell of Campbellsville, KY; two grandchildren, Ellie Rose Derringer and Abram Colt Derringer, both of Louisville, KY

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Bosley Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Old Liberty Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Bosley Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Markey Cancer Foundation, 115 Waller Avenue STE 204, Lexington, KY 40503.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral home is restricted to 50% capacity. Visitors paying their respects will be asked to wait during busy periods until others leave before entering the funeral home. The public must have a mask to enter into the facility. Food or beverages are not permitted at this time. Face masks are required to enter the facility.
