Ms. Doris Jean Faulkner, age 79 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Friday, May 27, 2016 at the University of Louisville Hospital, Louisville, KY.
She was born on September 19, 1936 in Lebanon, KY. Ms. Faulkner was a retired employee of the Marion County Health Department.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie J. and Myrtle Burress Turner; brother, James N. Turner.

Survivors include two sons, Lonnie E. (Brenda Bunch) Faulkner, and Lloyd T. Faulkner, both of Lebanon, KY; sister-in-law, Rita S. Tuner; nephew, James M. (Erika) Turner; great-grandson, Criston; special cousin, Geneva Denton; family friend and care-giver, Kim Burress.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Lebanon First Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Tommy Calhoun.
Interment to follow in the Pleasant Union Baptist Church Cemetery, Campbellsville, Ky.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:30 P.M. Monday, May 30, 2016 at the funeral home.
