Donna Faye Cowherd, age 69 of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022 at her residence. She was born November 26, 1952 in Lebanon to William and Sarah Douglas. Donna was a med-tech with Nazareth Home Health.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Cowherd; parents, William and Sarah Josephine Hart Douglas; brother, William Douglas; and special friend, William Lydian.

Survivors include her son, Marshall Jermaine (Sami Jo Gray) Paige; daughter, Kimberly Cowherd; brother, Jim (Amy) Douglas; sisters, Wanda (Jonathan) Veney, Millicent (Aaron) Moye, and Julita (Norris) Gerton; uncle, Gilbert Lee Gunn Sr.; and grandchildren, Aaron Jermaine Barnett, William (Amber) Jordan Wright, Za'Niya Sanders, and Jazlynn Davison.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Friday, April 29, 2022 at Bosley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 11:00 A.M at Lebanon United Methodist Church with Rev. Cleotus McElroy officiating. Interment will follow in Ryder Cemetery.
