David Keith Brady, age 76, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at his residence.

He was born on November 09, 1944 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late Johnny Bertrand Brady and Mary Rita Mattingly Brady. Mr. Brady was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother-in-law, Wayne Mattingly

Survivors include his wife, Alberta Probus Brady; three children, Donna (John) Hooper, Francie (Chris) Smith, David Keith (Melanie) Brady II; nine siblings, Linda (Nick) Thompson, Tony (Brenda) Brady, Pat (Marcella) Brady, Mary Mattingly, Darrell (Betsey) Brady, Joe (Ann) Brady, Mike (Michelle) Brady, Jeanette (Frank) Welsch, Gerald (Melissa) Brady

Also surviving are ten grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life is planned with details of time and place to be determined at a later date.
