Mrs. Connie Lee Farmer, age 62 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. She was born on February 9, 1955 in Lebanon, KY. Mrs. Farmer worked as a transcriptionist for Family and Internal Medicine and was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Laurence Wilber and Mary Rita Abell Lee; two sisters, Rita Ann Nalley and Janet Anderson; two brothers, Larry Lee and Earl Lee.

Survivors include husband of forty years, Butch Farmer, of Lebanon, KY; two daughters, Stacy Rakes (Lee) and Tracy Boyd (John), both of Lebanon, KY; three brothers, Glen Lee (Debra), of Calvary, KY, Dan Lee (Lesley), of Lexington, KY, Alan Lee (Judy), of Dunnville, KY; sister, Pam Arbogast, of Maysville, KY; three grandchildren, Ann Taylor Rakes, Trey Rakes and John Henry Boyd. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 14, 2017 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, celebrated by Rev. Michael Martin. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, August 13, 2017 at the funeral home. Prayer services will be held at 7:00 Sunday evening by Rev. Michael Martin.
