Clifton Baute Lanham Sr., age 83, passed away at his home on March 23, 2021. He was born October 05, 1937 to the late Johnnie and Ethel Lanham.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Helen Mays; brothers, Porter Lanham and Buren Lanham. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Bishop Lanham of 60 years; son, Clifton Baute (Linda) Lanham Jr.; daughter, Tammie Re (David) Douglas; sister, Audrey (Calvin) Smothers; brothers Ray (Susan) Lanham, and Burnam (Anita) Lanham; two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He served his country in the United States Army. He was a loving husband and father. He was a devoted Christian. He served as a Sunday School Teacher and Youth Leader.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday March 26, 2021 at Lebanon United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Tammie Douglas and Rev. Troy Elmore. Interment will follow in Ryder Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:45 A.M. at Bosley Funeral Home.
