Mr. Charles Ray Leake, Sr., age 80 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Signature Colonial Health & Rehab Center in Bardstown, KY. He was born on September 21, 1936 in Marion County, KY. Mr. Leake was a retired plant manager at Conco Company in Louisville, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Thomas and Mary Sally Mattingly Leake; son, William Chad Leake.

Survivors include his wife, Rosemary Bradshaw Leake, of Lebanon, KY; two sons, Charles "Chuck", Jr. (Brenda Sue) Leake, of Bardstown, KY, Samuel Zane (Peggy Sue) Leake, of Bloomfield, KY; four daughters, Verna Marlene Weidemer, of Louisville, KY, Patricia Lynn (Joe Lee) Spalding, of Bardstown, KY, Leah Marie (Troy Sanders) Gerage, of Cox's Creek, KY, Roseann (Doug) Mercer, of Louisville, KY; four brothers, Joseph Thomas "Joe", Jr., of Lebanon, KY, Leroy Leake, of Lebanon, KY, William Howard "Wimpy" Leake, of Bardstown, KY, David Leake, of Simpsonville, KY; three sisters, Sarah Greenwell, Aileen Leake, and Theresa Ballenger, all of Lebanon, KY. Also surviving are twenty-three grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 3, 2016 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, celebrated by Rev. Terry Bradshaw. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, December 2, 2016 at Bosley Funeral Home. Prayer Services will be held at 7:00 Friday evening.
