Carol Jean Spalding, age 58 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Kindred Hospital in Louisville, KY. She was born on September 23, 1956 in Lebanon. Ms. Spalding was a former employee of Montebello Packaging Company and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff and Nannie Hayden Spalding; sister, Mary Spalding, and three brothers, Joseph, Charles and Jeff Spalding.

Survivors include three daughters, Devon (Lamont Moffitt) Spalding, DeLana Hall, DeLena (Demechtris) Francisco, all of Lebanon, KY; two sons, Robert "Boobie" (Amy Richardson) Spalding, of Lebanon, KY, D.J. Hall, of Fort Wayne, IN; two brothers, Hubert Spalding, of San Antonio, TX, William Spalding, of Lebanon, KY. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 30, 2015 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Bosley Funeral Home, with prayer services at 7:00 p.m.
