Camilla Ann Luckett Ewing (Millie), 71 of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at the Norton Hospital, Louisville, Ky.
She was born on October 6, 1946 in Lebanon, Kentucky. Mrs. Ewing was a member of the St. Augustine Catholic Church.

She is preceded in death by: Parents, Joseph Guy and Lucy Florine Spalding Luckett; Brother, Ed Luckett; Two Sisters, Theresa Dobbings and Gertrude Brady.

Survivors include: Husband, David A. Ewing, of Lebanon, KY; Two Sons, Rodney Ewing (Lori and Ashley Thomas & Adam Thomas Fennely), of Columbus, IN, Ryan Ewing, of Louisville, KY; Daughter, Lori (Andy) Evans, of Lousiville, KY; Two Granddaughters, Alea and Olivia Evans, of Louisville, KY; Four Brothers, Mike (Aimee) Luckett, of Columbus, OH, Newt (Darlene) Luckett, of Lebanon, KY, Vernon (Ann) Luckett, of Louisville, KY, Pat (Joyce) Luckett, of Louisville, KY.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 15, 2018 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitations will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M., Friday September 14, 2018 at Bosley Funeral Home with a prayer service that will be held at 7:00 P.M.
