Mrs. Bonnie Chelf Simpson, age 74 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Monday, August 31, 2015 at the Village of Lebanon. She was born on October 15, 1940 in Lebanon, KY. Mrs. Simpson was a member of the Lebanon Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Leslie and Margaret Louise Rash Chelf.

Survivors include her husband, Tommy Simpson, of Lebanon, KY; daughter, Tyra (Michael) Shannon, of Cincinnati, OH; two sons, Todd (Marty) Simpson, of Gravel Switch, KY, Troy (Julie) Simpson, of Cincinnati, OH; sister, Carolyn Polk, of Lebanon, KY; brother, Frank (Margaret) Chelf, of Lebanon, KY. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Tessa and Taylor Simpson, Levi and Ayla Simpson, and Sydney, Logan, Devon and Corey Shannon.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Lebanon Baptist Church, officiated by Dr. David Whitlock. Interment to follow in Ryder Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Lebanon Baptist Church. On Thursday, visitation will be held at the church beginning at 9:00 a.m. and will continue until service time at 1:00 p.m.
