Bobby L. Smalley, age 84, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, October 03, 2024 at Baptist Health Hardin Hospital in Elizabethtown. He was born on November 08, 1939 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late Arthur Smalley and Priscilla Pope Smalley. Mr. Smalley was an avid UK fan and had a great love for sports. Many throughout the community would describe Mr. Smalley as having a servant's heart, he had a passion for helping others and enjoyed meeting people. He was family man, he truly loved spending quality time with his family. He will be greatly missed by many.

"When tomorrow starts without me, don't think we're far apart. For every time you think of me, I'm right here in your heart".

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Ray L. Smalley; sister, Rosetta Cowherd.

Survivors include his loving wife, Beatrice T. Smalley of Lebanon; two sons, George Smalley and Thomas Smalley both of Lebanon; daughter, Karen Smalley of Lebanon; daughters-in-law, Beverly Smalley and Sandy Mattingly both of Lebanon; two sisters, Gloria Scott and Barbara Ivey both of Lebanon; twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. on Monday, October 07, 2024 at Bosley Funeral Home with a prayer service that will be held at 7:00 P.M.; officiated by Deacon Joe Dant.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 08, 2024 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in Holy Name of Mary Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Eric Bell, Phil Taylor, Elton Scott, Marlis Scott, Bob McKay, George Brown.
