Bobby Allen Bright's Obituary
Bobby Allen Bright passed away peacefully on September 10, 2018 at his home in Bradfordsville, Kentucky. Bobby was born in Bradfordsville, Kentucky on March 1, 1943. He is survived by his wife Peggy Joyce Bright. The two were married for fifty-six years. He was a farmer and a retired foreman at Lebanon Oak Flooring Company where he worked for forty-three years. Bobby was also a member of the Bradfordsville Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Bobby O. Bright (Kay Graham-Bright). Daughter, Mitzi (Jim) Avritt and four grandchildren: Ky Bright, Grant (Lauren) Avritt, Morgan Avritt and Madison Avritt.
Survivors also include two brothers: Porter Bright and Gerald (Bernadette) Bright both of Bradfordsville. Four sisters: Anna Bright of Campbellsville, Shelby Smith and Shirley (Donnie) Osborne both of Lebanon.
He was preceded in death by his parents Stanley Bright and Nora Raikes Stayton of Bradfordsville. Two brothers: Seldon Bright and Dan Bright. Four Sisters: Lillian Tucker, Rosie Russell, Aliene Roberts and Mary Rita Bright.
Pallbearers are Keith Bright, Kevin Bright, Joshua Bright, Danny Dale Bright, DJ Bright and Eli Raikes.
Bosley Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 4:00-8:30 pm. Visitation will also take place at the Bradfordsville Baptist Church on Thursday from 10:00-1:00. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm at the Bradfordsville Baptist Church with burial at the Old Liberty Cemetery.
