Anthony Henry "Andy" Farmer, age 58, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Ephraim McDowell Hospital in Danville.

He was born on March 13, 1963 in Lebanon, Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Farmer; grandparents, Roy and Lida Wayne and Roy and Cordelia Farmer; sister-in-law, Connie Farmer; brother-in-law, Roy McElroy; sister, Karen Bradshaw; step-father, Ed Sagracy; and aunt, Joann Sagracy.

Survivors include his wife, Brandy Farmer; two sons, J.R. (Abby) Lanham, and Tony (Devyna) Farmer; daughter, Dana (Tyron) Lanham; mother, Dorothy Sagracy; brother-in-law, Paul Bradshaw; two brothers, Mike (Alicia) Farmer, and Butch Farmer; four sisters, Patsy McElroy, Joyce (Kenny) Skaggs, Kay (Buck) Buckman, and Linda Farmer; and seven grandchildren, Chloe, Kyra, and Donovan Logan, Bella, Jayden, and Owen Sickles, and Jackson Lanham.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 02, 2021 at Bosley Funeral Home with Rev. Stacy Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Ryder Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M. on Monday, November, 01 2021 at Bosley Funeral Home.
