Mrs. Kathleen Ramsey Followell, age 87, of Bradfordsville Road, Campbellsville, KY, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Ephraim McDowell Hospital in Danville, KY. She was born on July 13, 1924 in Marion County, KY.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Elzie Israel Followell; parents, Willie and Allie Lou Harmon Ramsey; daughter, Dorothy Jean (Ray) Cox; brother, Roy Lee Ramsey; and two grandchildren.

Survivors include three sons, Foster Ray (Pat) Followell, of Casey County, KY, James Raymond Followell, of Casey County, KY, Robert Elzie Followell, of Taylor County, KY; eight daughters, Juanita Frances Followell, of Taylor County, KY, Mary Elizabeth Allen, of Casey County, KY, Nancy Louise (Nathan) DeWitt, of Taylor County, KY, Glenda Carol (Jesse) Shoopman, of Casey County, KY, Eunice Pauline (Keith) Miller, of Marion County, KY, Margie Allie Richards, of Casey Couny, KY, Rachel Faye (Tommy) Long, of Taylor County, KY, Edna Frances (Mike) Shreeve, of Taylor County, KY; twin sister, Evelyn Malone, of Loraine, OH; twenty-one grandchildren; one step-grandchild; thirty-one great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Junior Skaggs. Interment will be in Old Liberty Cemetery.

Visitations will be held after 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
